Any pill you take to loose weight usually leads to some sort of health problem...I am a nurse, and can tell you most RX Weight loss drugs can harm your heart, and body... Why losse 20 pounds, if you are still st risk for a heart attack or stroke..I AGREE with you CUPCAKE... LOOK at my pics now, I used to be 200 plus pounds when I was 15, I am now 22.....

Hah! My husband took them for a while cause he wanted to lose his "gut". I don't think it did anything, he said it curbed his appetite, so he ended up not overeating. Now he does a lot of cardio, and I encourage him to strength train too that is hard cause he hates lifing weights, but the bottom line is - these pills do nothing, if you eat sensibly and exrcise they'll "work", duh! you'll do the job yourself anyway.

i eat good and excercise 4 times a week...i was justing wanting them to get rid of the jelly on my stomach...lol....did u get ur money back it says it is guarnteed to work!
