I just found the best at home workout. Its called Strip Aerobics. Carmen Electra has a series of fitness tapes taht are wonderful. My husband loves that I've found these!! There's a tape dedicated to giving lapdances!!!What guy wouldn't want his woman learning that?! It really is a good workout though. Since I've been doing it I've lost that little bit of fat on my upper inner thighs, and on my lower stomach. Don't get me wrong, I was already thin and in good shape. Those areas have always been my problem areas though and now they are GONE!!I'm so excited....and so is my husband.

Never mind...I just bought it off the website...it was cheaper than buying it on ebay I'm so excited, I can't wait! I've always wanted to learn how to "dance" Even if I never use it, it'll be fun to watch Carmen Electra

I'm amazed at the feedback about these workouts. I've read very poor reviews else where. Because of the negative reviews, I bought Jeff Costa's Aerobic Striptease instead. I'm enjoying it. Definately would not consider it a serious cardio workout, but does work the muscles. My only gripes are that the 4 DVDs could have, and should have, been 1 DVD. I've heard the same about Carmen's series. And the transition between sections is too long. But overall is a fun cario workout for days I strength train.
