Anybody else like The Golden Girls?

I keep noticing that TravisMT81 has a Golden Girls quote on all his posts. I love that show! I've been watching religiously for over a year and I'm so happy that Lifetime puts them on the air!

Well I am their number one fan!!! Everyone in my life knows how much I love the show, and the girls I have watched them since they were on in the 80s but now I actually get the jokes LOL!!!! They are going to have a 90 minute reunion show on Lifetime in early June.

lol That sounds like me, Travis! I remember watching the show with my grandmother when I was little and not understanding why she was laughing hysterically! I didn't know about the reunion show but I'll definitely check it out. PM me if you know any of the specifics!

I am a HUGE GG fan......my best friend and I started watching it when it FIRST came out....admittedly we did get the jokes THEN....we still watch it religiously cept' now ......well......we can directly relate to some of those jokes!!

I like all the characters because they all have a special role in the show. But I love Blanche!!!

I remember them of course. I believe I was between the ages of 8 and 13 or so when they were on t.v. Although I always watched the show, I never knew what it was about exactly (other than 4 'golden girls'). I guess now that I think back, wasnt the show a little risque??

It's one of those shows that I never got involved in but whenever I come across it I'll keep it on and its soooooooo funny! My 22 yr. old son is a Big Fan He always is watching the re-runs on lifetime - I always tease him about his attraction to older women

I love the Golden Girls and I watch them everyday on Lifetime, Lifetime's the only channel I watch most of the time, it also has the shows The Nanny, Suddenly Susan and my all time Fav Sitcom Mad about you!
I don't have a Fav Golden girl really, but to me, Sophia is just the best, and yeah, the show is a bit Risque at times LOL
