wow!! how nice of you!! well i know some of his is passed down..my mother had 2 then we came as a set of twins and she bounced right back.....ive been active in sports since grade school and then got into weight training after my daughter(who is 19)was born..ive played around with different things in the gym..long term what ive found is just keepin it basic..i rotate my muscle groups and right now im only working out 3 times a week..i am just maintaining, not trying to kill myself anymore..at this point in my life im happier playing tennis, running, and i have been boxing.lately..if you dont go to a gym make sure you do alot of stretching..this is sooo impoortant..if you cant run take long walks and take lonng stepsalmost like a walking lunge but you dont have to go down so far..this will tone your legs up nice..basic crunches(do them while you watch tv)pushups..there are just so many things you can do..im sure everyone will add some thing..im vegetarian..i love my fruits and veggies..im not a low carb fanatic although that seems to work for alot of people here..i dont drink soda..limit the sugar..just try to eat as healthy as i can but i enjoy treats..dont skip meals and eat smaller meals to keep your metabolism going and you should be fine.....thanks
