Has anyone used this? I just finished a bottle and wow!! it really works. The only problem is that I ran out and it's expensive, it's around $40 a bottle. I would totally recommend this diet pill. It really works!

Did you work out or change your diet while taking TrimSpa? Or did you lose weight just by taking the pills?

I got some free samples in the mail from Trim Spa, haven't tried them though, I probably should after the "too tight" jeans episode this morning

I thought I just saw this today in Walmart?? It wasn't expensive, like $14 or $15, I'm pretty sure it was it... I'll have to double check though... I've been looking for a nataraul diet aid, since I'm prone to HIgh blood pressure, and I always see Green Tea suppliments and such at Walmart with all the diet aids, so If anyone knows of something that would help me with energy especially, that wouldn't hurt my Blood pressure, I'd really appreciate it

I am using it right now. Ihave more energy but that could be because I am also running on the treadmill. As far as lessing my appetite. Nope! I am taking Chitosan from GNC. It attaches to your stomach and keeps your body from absorbing fat! Anyone on that Release program where you take three pills a day etc...

theres no such thing as a pill that makes you loose weight, ive seen news stations go interview people who make diet pills and the guy swears to god it works then he said we dont guarenntee it will help you loose.....a bunch of liars, and they said to make this stuff is just like buying a whole bunch of different viatmins probably costs about a dollar......RIP OFFS ,dont waste your time, just exercise geez people dont be so lazy!!

I tried the free pack of TrimSpa and the only thing I noticed was my hands shaking uncontrollably and I felt like my heart was going to beat out of my chest sometimes. NOT good!

Diet pills almost killed me. I had a severe reaction and ended up in the hospital. I took several kinds over the course of a year with no problems.. except that I didn't lose anything and keep it off. Then one day and a new pill later.. I got violently ill. Swelling, redness, burning and itching like fire (you think pyro is bad.. NOTHING compared to what I got) Marble sized hives, and my heart was beating fast and hard. 132 bpm at rest to be exact.
Please be careful.
I did lose the weight but I did it by working out 5 times a week for 30 min a day, avoiding fats, sweets, red meat, and breads. Starting every meal with salad and every breakfast was fruit , always making sure to take a good multivitamin and get in enough calcium+D and protein so your hair doesn't fall out. I gave up Colas too. I dropped 35 lbs and am keeping it off. There is no easy way.

Hubby has high blood pressure and I've never run across one diet pill that was "safe" for him to take...they either contain too much caffeine or herbs that can in crease his blood pressure.

There is no magic pill that causes you to lose weight. The only way is through determination and excercise. Diet pills are so dangeous! You shouldn't risk your health for a few pounds.

Doesnt every body know by now they paid anna nicole big bucks to say she used it? gues its just their lil secret. hahaha its called LIPO. if you actuakly think that pig had the willpower to lose the weight through exercise and strict diet youre probably wrong. lol ok this thread is super old..had 2 add my 2 cents tho.
