Hey everyone
well ive been working out hardcore for over a month i do 30 mins of cardio and weight train for another 30
i have a very pudgy belly enough to hang over my pants a bit
verything else is skinny on me
how do i get rid of this pudge
what foods should i stay away from and should i up my cardio! thanx!

Probably work on your diet. Do you eat a lot of fatty high calorie food? Certainly keep up your exercise but the only other thing to look at is what is going in.

ooh ooh...I jsut read today in (I think) Prevention Mag that 1200 mg of calcium (taken with meals in 2 separate doses because your body doesn't absorb more than about 600 mg of calcium at a time) will help reduce specifically belly fat...and curbs your appetite.
It's worth a try...the worst thing that'll happen is your bones will get stronger.

i gave up pop ( i use to drink like 5 cans a day) i gave up fast food...so i dont eat alot of fatty foods
i eat alot of fruit...yogurt..chicken.. .porkchops..some fish
hmmm......imjust trying to think of where im going wrong
