Hi, just wanted to share. It's raining like crazy here. Yesterday, today, all day long, it sucks. Anyway, I wanted to ride my bike outside last night when it started to rain. I was so upset cause I didn't feel like driving to the gym. Well, I made up a routine for the rainy weather, lol. See, my husband and I own a condo in a 4 story building. It has a courtyard and a hallway on each floor that goes inside the couryard. So I just ended up running along all the hallways on all floors! I'd run upstairs, then around about 3 circles, then I did the stairs up and down 3 times and 3 circles around the hallway, so it took me about 40 minutes to get bored from that little curcuit! The best thing about it is that I can run under the roof still being outside. I must admit I was drained after I finished - too much humidity and sweat,

You've got more commitment than me! But I sure admire the innovation of good fitness.

My husband usually uses another word instead of "commitment" - obsession, and call me a psycho, LMO. He hates to exercise, he-he.

I don't like to exercise but I think it's great that you do.

It's my job, actually, I'm a group fitness instructor and a personal trainer, and yes, I love it, and I get paid for it! .You just have to find something that you like, then you'll just get hooked on it, you won't be able to stay away from exercising! Oh well, you souldn't get me started on the topic, I'll start to get too informative and it's not fun!

I have the same job, diva; fitness is an obsession with me too. It was the running up and down stairs and hallways that blew me away!

Running stairs can be fun in the right building. I once lived in an apartment in the 12th floor, and running stairs in the real nice stairwell there became quickly a daily routine. (And it cheaper than a quickstepper )But I also know really nasty stairs.
