Is this normal?!?!?

I found some Metabolife in my room from a while ago tonight while I was picking up. I decided to take a couple just to finish the bottle up and so it wouldn't go to waste. I'm completely full of energy now and a little shaky. Is that supposed to happen?

yes. It contains ephedra which will "speed" you up... you might even find yourself angry from it....

I only took two...usually I need a lot more for my body to feel anything, I guess this stuff doesn't apply to my usual medicine theroy

It used to make my heart beat faster and I felt shaky too. I wouldn't take it anymore.

my advice is to rest and don't do anything to further increase your heart rate or blood pressure. DEFINITELY don't drink or smoke anything that might speed your HR.

Wow, I hope it wears off soon Bronzed, that's a bad feeling for me, though I feel like you do right now all the time LOL I'm Hyperactive, so Diet pills are a big NO NO for me... Definitely rest and don't try to excert yourself, don't put any extra stress on yourself

yea it does "speed" you up quite a bit. my friend would take it and super clean her house and forget to eat.

You'll be fine, years ago no one thought anything bad about ephedra, now people act like its the plague. Everyone in this thread just completely over-reacted. Ephedra is safe in small doses. Back when I was just getting into supplements I used to take ephedra all of the time.

nothin bad will happen i used to take stacker 3 before i went to school LOL and my hands would shake a lot so i stopped because i had to give facials and do lots of things with my hands. ull be fine

I have asthma and take ephedra. It has its good points and its bad, but yeah shaky is a definite side effect. It can be bad for you so don't overdo it, but one here and there won't kill ya...
